What's Underway
- Clearing severe overgrowth and invasive vegetation
- Full renovation of existing structures — electrical, plumbing, septic, kitchens, baths
- In-ground irrigation and replacement of water lines and septic/cesspool systems
- Native and non-invasive landscaping, fruit-bearing trees, and community garden space
- New fencing and walls
Any new construction on the property will match the existing plantation cottage style — this isn't about modernizing the look, it's about keeping the character of Hawai'i country living intact while making these homes safe, efficient, and built to last another century.
